It's late notice on a group outing this Saturday, with up to 10 planning to join. We need to find a place that serves good food and drinks. We'd like something...

--not too small or too loud
--mid to high end
--relatively eco-conscious ingredients
--serves cocktails
--has at least one vegetarian entree or a few small-plate options
--does not require reservations way in advance

Are we dreaming? Here's what I've got so far from reading through the posts:
-Aziza
-Luna Park
-Absinthe
-Town Hall
-Slow Club

Comments or ideas? Thank you!

Aziza might be difficult for a group that size. There's always Orson which has a number of veggie options even a root vegetable cassoulet

We had a group of 8 going to dinner last weekend and managed to easily get a reservation at Orson.(and chose it solely because it was one of the few places we could grab relatively last minute reservations for a group).
We were seated upstairs which was not too loud and made it very easy for us to have table conservations.
They site mentions they try to source locally and/or organically. I admit I didn't pay particular attention when we ordered.
They do have several small plate options and they've added both a veggie and non-veggie cassoulet to the menu.
I thought the drinks were good and I'd say my burger was one of the best I've had in a long time. Everyone enjoyed the meal.

I've had desserts and cocktails at Orson with 10 and dinner with 4 (though there's plenty of room upstairs for 10). Great experiences both time, and it fits your requirements quite well.
