        <content>any suggestions what to do with a couple of pieces of  tilapia with moderate freezer burn? quick  and easy suggestions preferred.</content>

      <content>Rub a very little bit of olive oil on a piece of foil, place one filet on the foil, spread a layer of finely chopped chives, parsley, celery to cover the filet, drizzle about 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice over all, wrap it tightly and bake in a moderate oven for 20 - 30 minutes (check it after 20 minutes to see how it flakes) and serve along side a risotto and lettuce wedge salad dressed with thousand island or ranch dressing.</content>

      <content>If a fish as delicate as tilapia has freezer burn, it is probably too old.  Depending on the degree of burn, you could just cut it off.  Freezer burn is usually a sign of aging meat or fush.</content>
