Franklin Southie Open?

I know that the Franklin's website says their South Boston location is opening December 1, but a normally reliable source informs me that they are in fact open now. Can anyone verify?

We were there on Friday night and had a great time... it was busy but not unpleasant. We were seated immediately and had cocktails, followed by appetizers of short ribs and an order of chicken wings. Mains were roast chicken and frites and a roasted salmon with a lobster risotto. A welcome addition to Southie...

This wouldn't surprise me, the last few mornings I have driven past there and they did look dangerously close.

It's definitely open now. First night was on Wednesday (11/19), and I'm told by a friend that it was packed.
