Mannino's is the place I was trying to think of, it's really good. Classy but comfortable.

I went to a birthday party at Orlando's. on commack road.There were 15 people and among the appetizers was a delicious gnocchi. To me, it was the highlight of the meal. The rest of the food was good as was the decor and the service. i believe they have a $20 prix fixe.
