mini cupcakes like those at Leda's Bake Shop

Leda's is closed temporarily and I'm trying to find another bakery that makes delicious mini cupcakes. Any ideas?

Buttercake Bakery on Pico has them for a dollar apiece. I haven't had the minis, but their full-size ones are terrific and were an enormous hit at my daughter's birthday party at her school.

I was woefully unimpressed by Buttercake the time I went there; dry cake, frosting that had that shortening taste.

But then again, I thought Leda's was the most overrated cupcake place to which I'd ever been, so perhaps Buttercake would be perfect for the OP.

Mrs. Beasley's does mini cupcakes that are good. Though, I don't know how they would compare to Leda's because I never had those. The minis are only 100 calories a pop. Bonus!

The minis at SusieCakes in Brentwood are good. Red velvet, chocolate mint....
