Has anyone been here recently? Going for dinner tomorrow night with friends. Just want to know what to/ what not to expect. Cuisine? Recommendations?

The food is good, not great. It is BYOB. Food is mostly Italian-oriented but there are a lot of other non-Italian choices (steak, fish, etc.). We usually stick with the chicken and pasta dishes...the chicken pizzaiola is very good.

It is in the strip center across from PJ Whelihan's on Route 202 in Blue Bell.

Thanks for the directions crazy. I need to be told where a restaurant is in relation to other restaurants cuz that's how I relate. :) Boy did you pick a good week to go to Florida! Brrrr.

I am back already! We were supposed to go down for a week, but we have a very sick dog. DH stayed home while I ran down to see my dad. It was chilly in The Keys too!!

Crazy, hope your dog gets better soon. Have you been to TJ's yet? Waiting for reports from you and PattiCakes. Taps foot impatiently. :)

I have not been to TJ's yet! My friend went while I was in Florida. She said it was really nice. I will try to go over on Sunday. Thanks for your good wishes for Eddie. He is plugging along since his surgery.

So I didn't get to TJ's AND we had to cancel our vacation! ;-(

That sucks. You are a true dog lover. Even Marley's owners slapped him in a kennel and took a vacation, though they knew the risks, if you've read the book. Hope you make it on sunday and report back, I might hit TJs with John tonite.

I did have lunch today at Myrna's. It was pretty decent. Had the crab bisque and the grilled calamari. They made my friend the tuna salad wrap even though it wasn't on the specials today.

Have fun if you go to TJ's tonight!!

I second on the noisy. The lunch hour din was such that conversation was almost impossible. Good food but I'll enjoy it much more when the put some acoustic tiles in.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We went tonight for the first time and were disappointed. The restaurant was empty, so noise was not a problem. We got 2 appetizers - the grilled calamari and the sampler plate with hummus, baba ghanouj etc. The calamari was smothered in sauce but passable; the sampler plate was excellent. The entrees themselves however, were horrible. My husband got a seafood sampler with shrimp and scallops that were cooked minutes too long. Everything was drenched in salt. I got the chilean sea bass which was also way overcooked and smothered (unnecessarily) in sauce. I always thought it not possible to ruin sea bass because it is such a delicious fish -- I was wrong. Service was fair too poor - minor touches were missing, such as providing silverware for the third person at our table, replacing missing silverware after appetizers, etc. We will not return to this restaurant and as previously stated, I would not recommend it.

Food was pretty ordinary when we ate there a year or so ago. Seems like everytime I drive by this place, there are three or four cooks outside smoking.
