Hi

Anyone know of places to get rennet locally?

I know there are is a online retailer from Ontario and a well-known one in the U.S. north east, but I am looking to be supplied locally.

Thanks.

Have you tried any of the Fraser Valley cheesemakers?

I have seen rennet at Bosa Foods. I used to see rennet at Safeway as well...I don't know if they have it anymore.

Famous Foods had Junket Rennet in stock the last time I was there.

Info on how to use it, just in case you need it: http://biology.clc.uc.edu/fankhauser/...
