New foodie store in The Woodlands

Friends, as a Houston transplant and foodie I have found heaven in The Woodlands. Hubbel and Hudson opened this week and in one five minute trip I bought some artisan salumi, wild boar prosciutto, a beautiful baguette, spanish anchovies, and tallegio cheese from Italy. The meat and seafood section was amazing!! Have any other foodies visited yet?! What did you think?

The place is pretty nice. I hope folks realize they can park in garage behind it - - since street parking can be limited. Fresh/unique/premium is a tough business that has to have some pretty high turnover in the persihables. I hope they can generate that kind of traffic.

They also have their own dry aging case for beef, nifty. Can't wait to check it out next week.

Did you see that they are going to have a bistro in there soon? I don't live out that way, and never drive out that far, but thought I would mention it.

Looks promising from the website (http://www.hubbellandhudson.com).
Does anyone know what their store hours are?

They are open until pretty late, I think 10PM. I went today and got some cannelles from the bakery, which I have not seen or eaten in years. It was delicious!
