I called, and cassoulet will be available every night during the month of November. Will be trying it out in next week or so.
Also, once the weather cools down, the Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks will also be doing Cassoulet.

We were there this weekend -- didn't try the cassoulet, though. My impression is that he's really freshened up the menu, but without the really crazy stuff he was doing at Bistro K. I'll probably write it up at more length later, but we had pork in a cocoa honey sauce with a quince salad, shorttribs with quinoa and merguez, salade lynonnaise, mussels and panna cotta with pomegranate syrup and figs. There's a prix fixe for I think $34 that looks like a good way to try it out. I'm not sure it's really a destination, but certainly a good choice for a grown-up, pleasant meal in a neighborhood where most places suffer from poor service and over-trendiness.
