American Thanksgiving in London
I have the pleasure of living in Italy but need a break and will be spending the American
holiday ,Thanksgiving. in London. We are traveling with an american family of 5, plus us, 3 and would like a nice place to dine for dinner. 4 adults and 4 children 13-8 y.o. Please recommend something nice in London. (it is also our 13 year wedding anniversary) Thanks. PS - staying near Hyde Park.

In years past, I've read about a few (American-themed) restaurants that do a Thanksgiving dinner - if that's what you're after. The name Christopher's comes to mind, but I've never been there and can't really rate the food or ambience. By Googling: Thanksgiving dinner London, you'll come up with some other suggestions. I'd book something as soon as possible. London restaurants seem to fill up weeks in advance if they are fairly popular or decent.
I'd also suggest posting this on the UK/London board where more of us local people might see it. Many of us are Americans living in the UK. I do my Thanksgiving dinner at home so I don't have much experience with what's available but you're bound to find something.
