New Years Eve - Good Food, Great View of Fireworks

We will be in San Francisco over the New Years Eve and are looking for a nice restaurant with good food but also a great view for the firework around the Embarcadero. Any opinions ? We also looked into the cruise dinners at New Years Eve, did anybody have experience with those ?

    1. Using Open Table you can get some idea of what is available in the area you want a view. The best views, assuming there is no fog, may be in the East Bay. Assuming there is no fog probably can get odds at a sports book.

        1. I've never heard anything good about cruise dinners on the Bay. NYE is a hairy night to get a reservation. You could try Epic Roasthouse and Waterbar, or check Opentable.com, as mentioned.
