    That's a shame, I'm sorry to hear that.

    Westchester continues to have few good sources for good BBQ. Q is pathetic. I think there is a source in Mount Vernon.

    How sad. What a pathetic county.

      Wow, this must have just happened. I drove by last night and saw "For Rent" signs in the windows. If anyone has any other information, please share.

        what a shame....try JB BBQ in Brewster it blows away anything in the area and is a bargain to boot

          You should try Holy Smoke inMahopac...awesome bbq & great beer selection....there is also Bailey's Smokehouse if you are over in Rockland County....but indeed its a sad thing that Southbound closed :(

              Was up that road a few months ago and space was empty at that point. Saw no sign of life.
              Could have changed since then.
