Looking for name of Cheesecake shop in Repulse Bay, HK

Hello,

I was in Hk in late 2006. Visited the Repulse Bay shopping plaza. Sat in the courtyard and bought a delicious slice of cheesecake from a franchise coffee/cheesecake shop. Forget the name. It's fairly common around HK. Can any one help? :)
