Curry leaves - New Haven to Middletown

Anyone know of somewhere I can get Curry leaves in the New Haven or MIddletown areas? Usually good Indian groceries carry them but I'm not that familiar with the area.

I am not sure about the Middletown-New Haven area, but there is an Indian grocer called Patel Foods on Spencer St in Manchester. I have never looked for leaves there, but you may want to give them a call and ask:

I shop at a small Indian grocery just off exit 8, Middletown Ave, 91 north. When you go down the ramp bear left to cross Middletown Ave., travel about 3 blocks on the right in a small plaza, just below the movie theatre. The lady that owns the store is a real sweetie and very helpful.

I can't make sense of the directions. Sorry... I'm from Texas! Isn't exit 8, off I-91, way down south, like where I'm from?
Do you know that they have curry leaves? I need them, too.Name/phone #?

Exit 8 is Foxon, just north of New Haven.

There are several Indian Grocery stores on the Meriden end of the Berlin Turnpike.

Try M and M market on rte 1 in Milford. There is a small indian/Pakastani store in the back of the market. On Wednesdays or Thursdays they get a shipment of fresh indian produce. They have fresh curry leaves plus a wide assortment of hard to find indian fresh stuff.
