Getting together with 15+ people and looking for a downtown pub/restaurant with a private party room that has decent food. Looking more for drinks and munchies. Ideal hoods are King West, Front Street, Queen West. Any help would be appreciated!

The Foggy Dew on King west of Bathurst has party rooms and decent food:

the elephant and castle on king is a big place and has lots of nooks and crannies. fionn maccool's, on adelaide, is a good place too. lots of excellent beers on tap.

Irish Embassy at Yonge & Wellington has a party room. Not sure how big.

i had an engagement party in the private room at beer bistro - great beer selection, great food, no booking fee for the room, no extra fee for weekend night, right on the subway, private entrance for your group - awesome! check their website!

I agree, Beer Bistro is a good recommendation. P. J. Obrien's is a great pub just southeast of there that also has at least one private room that I've noticed.

If you're looking for "authentic" Irish, try Dora Keogh at Danforth and Broadview. I'm not sure about the maximum capacity of the private room, but I've heard good things.
