Vegetarian Potstickers

[5 and Dime Eater]

Finding places that have veggie pot stickers - either Chinese or Gyoza - is always a challenge. Firecracker used to have a good version with lots of ginger. A few nights ago I hit up Chef Jia's for some great, really greasy versions stuffed with green and other mystery ingredients.

What are some other SF-local places that carry vegetarian potstickers?

I personally love the veggie potstickers at Ton Kiang on Geary...

I really like the "vegetarian dumplings" at Yank Sing -- more of a har gow type (in terms of size, shape, translucent wrapper, steamed only). They have an earthy filling of shiitake-type mushrooms, diced water chestnut, fermented vegetable, etc.

Kiji on Guerrero near 22nd Street has excellent vegie gyoza. They have mushroom and bean thread noodles.

Minako in the Mission offers veggie gyoza, and Karma out in the Inner Richmond has veggie momos. Golden Era in the Tenderloin and Shangri-la out in the Sunset also have veggie potstickers.
