Candied orange slices recipe?
I've been trying to find a good recipe to make candied slices out of the whole orange - not just the rind.
Years ago had some at Dean and Deluca that were perfect, but I fail every time I try to recreate them at home. They are either too candied and hard, too soft and wet., or just way too gooey and impossible to eat.
Anyone have a great recipe or helpful hints?
