Has anyone here done the chef's training program?

I haven't undergone the program but have tasted some of their foods at the Union Square Greenmarket. It's pretty tasty.

I haven't tried the chef's training program, but I have taken one of their public classes. It was terrific and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I know it's not quite the same, but since you weren't getting many responses, I thought I'd just pipe up.

I have not, but I worked with a chef who was trained there. She had nothing but good things to say about the school, had great technique and her recipes were amazing!
