It's been years since I've been to Raoul's. I've always enjoyed the food there, but seem to recall the decor being a little dated. Le Gigot is wonderful, cozy, and on a nice little Greenwich Village Street. From the recent reports on both that I've read on the boards, I don't think you can go wrong with either, but I'd choose Le Gigot.
