Vegas eats for under $100pp

I'm planning a trip to Vegas and would like to keep food costs to a reasonable level while still eating great food. I'm thinking meals that are less than $100 per person. Here's what I've come up with so far:

Mesa Grill
BLT Burger or Burger Bar
Enoteca San Marcos

Any other suggestions?

ns1 hit the nail on the head - some pics from my tasting last week at L'Atelier - the highlights - mozzarella, the cheese plate and the tarts, the low ( if you want to call it that ) the hanger steak was a little on the tough side, the flavor was amazing. i'm hitting either sea blue, nob hill or craftsteak tomorrow for their fall tasting - great value !

        2. Not sure if it's what you are looking for, but perhaps the best Thai restaurant in the country is a mile off the strip on E. Sahara. Lotus of Siam had been written up by Food & Wine, Bon App, NY Times, etc. The food is off the charts good and the Riesling-laden wine list (from $25 QbA's to $300 TBA's) is very well priced. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world, let alone Vegas.

And you will get out of there for far less than $100pp.

LOS, I wish to God my first and only visit last year was as good as people say. What we had, and we ordered off the special menu and took the waiter's recomendations, I would rate an 18 on the Zagat's scale.

For reference I give our local Siamese Basil in Encinitas CA a 23.
