"Urban Cuisine" with Marcus Samuelsson, TV show

I just noticed this show while skimming the guide on my tv last night. I have not watched it yet, but have tonight's new episode set to record. It is focused on African, Caribbean, and American cuisines and it looks like will also feature celebrity guests. Has anyone seen it yet? Any thoughts? I just get excited when I see a new cooking show, especially something not on Food Network. New episodes premiere at 8:00pm on Mondays on BET.

    1. Thanks for the heads up! I love this guy-he used to have a show called Inner Chef(I think). He has an interesting background and a really exciting take on food. Can't wait to watch!

        1. has anyone seen this show yet? i'm interested in hearing some opinions. I haven't seen it but tend to enjoy Marcus Samuelsson in general.
