Who's gonna be open Thanksgiving?

If anyone knows of restaurants that plan on serving Thanksgiving day, I'd sure appreciate a heads up.

Thanks!

Use Open Table. Plug in the time and # of people and it will give you a list of available places.

Gumbo's in Round Rock will be open on Thanksgiving. I don't remember them being open in past years -- has anyone eaten there on Thanksgiving day before? If so, how was it?

Out West, Hudson's on the Bend will be open with two seatings, 11-4 and 6-9. You order off a menu and they will have turkey and dressing. The Travis Restaurant in Lakeway Resort will serve a giant buffet (50+ dishes) from 10-3.

Husband and I did Din Ho last year and couldn't believe the quantity of whole suckling pigs going out the door (with a bow around each neck to boot), and we had a lovely meal there.

MIL insists on going to Hudson's this year. I was disappointed the last time I went for a tasting menu, but that was before the transfer of power, so I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be a la carte with everything in the 20 - 40 range.

I believe I saw on their sign the other day that the 620 Cafe & Bakery in Round Rock will be open on Thanksgiving as well.

Pretty much every hotel with a dining room. Or my favorite, Din Ho for a red-roasted duck or two.

Saw this in the paper today.. Not exactly moderate, but III Forks will be open from 11-3 with a set menu. $45 gets you soup, salad, turkey or chateaubriand and sides, and dessert.

                    This is what I found:

                    http://thatotherpaper.com/austin/the_thanksgiving_list
                    http://austin.citysearch.com/roundup/...

I would verify the info as I don't know that it's current.
