ISO Recipe for Chiles as garnish
Help - Have a costco bag full of pretty chiles but sweetie just left town for 10 days and I'll never eat them all. I recall a "recipe" that involved chopping chiles and layering them with salt in a jar that you kept in the fridge to sprinkle on foods but I've searched and can't find it. Sounded simple but I want to be sure that I didn't forget some twist to it.
