I posted a reply to "Grinch Themed Office Breakfast - really!" in Home Cooking a few minutes ago. The list claims there are 2 replies, with mine being the most recent. And yet, my reply is not there. (And I don't think it could have been construed as offensive in any way whatsoever.) What happened?

This is an example of 'the lag problem' which has recently returned to the site, unfortunately. It can take awhile after a post is made for the whole site to update and for it to be properly reflected everywhere. I have a ticket open with our Engineering team on this, so hopefully they'll be able to fix it again

This is a real concern as it affects the usability of the site to such a degree that it becomes painful to try and enjoy CH. The thread below is still not showing Pei's last post after 20 minutes. Once you click on it the thread reverts to showing all posts meaning I can't recall which post is new and which is not. Help!
