Chinese banquet caterer?

Does anyone know of a caterer who could do a traditional, authentic Chinese banquet? We want to have a Chinese banquet for our wedding reception, but want it at the venue that we chose, not in a Chinese restaurant.

So summarizing from that post, the three places mentioned were:

Legendary Palace
Zen Peninsula - http://tinyurl.com/zenpeninsula
Oriental Cuisine Express in Milpitas - 408-263-8887

Any other suggestions? The first place I've heard has great Dim Sum, but their banquet dishes aren't up to par. The last place sounds like a fast food Americanized Chinese place ... anyone disagree? have to check out Zen Peninsula, never heard of it.

Zen Peninsula is one of the best Hong Kong style seafood restaurants in the Bay Area. They do tons of wedding etc. banquets on premises. Don't know about their catering.
