Best Restaurants in Mendoza?

We'll be spending 4 nights in Mendoza next week, and I'm wondering where the best places to eat are.. at vineyards or downtown. Thanks!

    Best restaurant by far is "Franmcis Mallman 1844" Fantastic atmosphere, surroundings and one of the largest wine lists you will see in Argentina. Food is magnificient.
