Looking for recipe from Bon Appetit Nov. 2003

I am looking for the chicken liver pate recipe with chanterelle mushrooms and cognac recipe from Bon Appetit magazines 2003 issue. I can't find my copy and the recipe I found online is missing some ingredients. Does anyone have a back issue with the full recipe? I want to make it for Thanksgiving. It's the best version I've ever made. Thanks.
