MSP - Old Hunan Gourmet, New Latuff's

So the Hunan Gourmet on 55 closed, but I was seeing a lot of construction - roof repair, new coat of paint - then yesterday, I see the sign - "future home of Latuff's" I think this will be good for them - bigger front of house. Hopefully they can move their ovens without too much trouble. I'm sure that after years of use, they're well seasoned!

I wonder if they're going to finally tear down that strip mall now.

Latuff's is now open in its new location - Hwy 55 and South Shore Drive in Plymouth. Judging by the cars in the parking lot, people sure missed their pizza fix for the week and a half they were closed.
