Wanting a good Thanksgiving buffet in Kansas City

A friend of mine will be taking her picky eating husband and mother out for Thanksgiving dinner in Kansas City. They are certainly not gourmands, and just want to find good food in a nice atmosphere. Price isn't an issue. Where should I suggest they try on the holiday?
Thanks for any suggestions.

  1. Yahooz always does a Thanksgiving buffet- that's where I take my best friend when she's in town, because she's not into super fancy food, but I like to try new things. It's a good compromise. I haven't had the actual Thanksgiving buffet, but they do usually have a pumpkin cheesecake on the dessert menu around this time of year that is really amazing.

Yahooz is now a Coyote Grill. I wanted to go to Starker's last year, but they made me cook.

      1. How about the Peppercorn Duck Club? I haven't eaten their Thanksgiving buffet, but I heard it has their chocolate bar so you can't really go wrong there.

This list couldn't be more wrong. I called a lot of these and most aren't open on Thanksgiving. The Peachtree Restaurants (including the Buffet) and Houston's will be closed. Someone should check their facts before posting next time.

That site is odd. Looks like it is just about generating traffic to show them tons of ads.

CLicking the name of the person that contributed that article, it says they live in New Jersey. Today alone he/she has written articles about Comedy Clubs in Scotland, Clothing Outlets in Alabama, Outlet stores in Boston, Womens Clothing Stores in Nashville, Dining in Tennessee, and Online Womens Clothing Stores in the United Kingdom.

No way did they do any research for that article, other than steal content from other online sources and not verify a thing.
