I need a good/great seafood restaurant near Moscone Center for dinner on Monday night

A bit of a challenge -- I'm allergic to shellfish, but I love any fish other than shellfish, and my dinner companion keeps Kosher. Doesn't need to be walking distance, but that (or cable car distance) would be nice.

Hoping for excellent service and really good food. Any suggestions?

Does your companion actually want a kosher restaurant? There's only one in that area of town, Sabra on Grant Ave., and I've not heard good reports. On the other hand, your friend can certainly restrict themselves to items that would clearly fit in the dietary guidelines.

By the way, Anchor & Hope currently has shortribs on the menu, which my husband says are the best he's ever had.

Tadich Grill isn't that far away from Moscone, perhaps a mile.

Second Anchor and Hope. Had a great meal and fun time there a few weeks ago. Lots of fish options in addition to the shellfish.

            Also 1/2 the distance. A&H .4 mi vs T .9 mi.

I can't think of very many seafood places in the area other than Farallon and Tadich, and I am not sure about the Kosher thing either.
Waterbar in the Embarcadero comes to mind, but I sent a friend in town from Spain there a month ago and she said it was awful.
