        <content>Hi,

Looking for a restaurant w/ good food and a friendly communal table for a large group (10 ppl or so) - not too formal, fun environment, good food a must. Know of a few, but there has to be more, I'm sure--

Back Forty
A Casa Fox
Socarrat
Graffiti

Any thoughts on the above would be appreciated or other suggestions welcome!

<content>Good for big groups, assuming you are making a reservation:
Pastis
Blue Ribbon Bakery
Freemans
Kuma Inn (it's a small place but I've seen big groups in there, plus it is BYOB)
The Smith
'inoteca (can do big groups in the cellar)
Alta
