New Espresso Bar by Only Cafe
Almost coincidental with the demise of Chocolate Heaven, the Only Cafe (which is primarily a beer joint) has opened up an espresso bar next door. Have only walked by, but seems like a relaxed funky interior, with a good espresso machine. Anybody been yet? Comments?
And as for Rory of Chocolate Heaven, he's now started a business doing accounting or taxes or something. He's nothing if not versatile!

I was visiting a friend in the area last Friday and stumbled upon this place. I was quite pleased as I was going to hit the Starbucks nearby. Decor wise its basically half cafe, half hipster dive bar. The machine looked good, though now I can't remember what make. The gal who served me struck me as a newbee, but conscientious. I had a respectable macchiato and would definitely go there again.

Finally got a chance to pop in....I'm a frequent flier at the Only, but late at night when I get off work.
Got a latte to go; it was very good. They use beans by Intellingentsia, which I think is the supplier that Dark Horse uses.
They put a doorway through into the bar when they renovated the place; hopefully they can get licensed to use the coffee bar as overflow seating for the pub now that the cold weather is upon us.
Great addition to the neighbourhood...
