Looking for a good breakfast place that would also have Swedish pancakes. I am a fan of places like the Cadillac Cafe and Ken's and St. Honore, but wanted to try something new. Thanks for any ideas!!

I can't find a menu, but Broder (2508 SE Clinton St) is Scandinavian and has a great breakfast (I can't recall if there were pancakes on the menu).

Aebleskivers, yes, - but not sure if that is what you are looking for

How about the original Original Pancake House - I believe that's on top the hill south of downtown. I usually get their 49ers, which are a chewier thin pancake, but I've also had their Swedish Pancakes (at other OPHs). Some OPHs close mid afternoon.
