Are there any bakeries/stores like Van's Bakery near Temecula? I'm looking for the dried fruits that are sold at Van's.

I have never been to Van's so i am not sure of what you are looking for. If you are driving along the 15 in Corona you might consider Tom's Farms for dried fruit.

I am not aware yet of a bakery similar to Van's in Temecula, but home made dried fruit can sometimes be found at the Temecula Farmer's Market. There is one every Saturday morning in old town and one on Wednesdays at the Promenade.

Trader Joe's (on Winchester Street > across the Street from the Promendae and near Mimi's Cafe and Bakery) has commercially packaged dried fruits.

And, there is a Henry's Market in Temecula and a Sprouts in Temecula, but I haven't bought their dried fruit yet (and have not yet visited a Van's Bakery).

You may enjoy eating at China Panda in Murrieta and ask someone there about it. If they can't name one, at least you've found a great place to eat !
