Missing 'reply' and other links in IE?

I've got a report in email from someone who is missing all of the reply, report, permalink, etc buttons in IE6. I'm not seeing that problem in the same setup, so I'm trying to determine if it's a larger issue, or if we're looking for a problem with her setup specifically.
