French in Las Vegas
Daniel Boulud is my favorite French restaurant in its price range ($50 to 75 per person, plus drinks and tip). As a brasserie, it features simpler dishes than the likes of Joel Robuchon and Guy Savoy, but is still quite good.
A step up in price, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon is nonetheless a good deal cheaper than its big brother - and is excellent.
