Grilled Artichoke

Does anyone have a great method or recipe for grilled artichoke. Do you parboil or steam, or marinate prior to grilling? Thanks.

  1. Trim head and stem, quarter, and scoop out the choke. Steam for 15 minutes. Brush with garlic and lemon scented oil, salt and pepper and grill.
