Are there any good/unique/relatively hip places to go in Old Town besides Restaurant Eve or Vermillion for good wine/drinks and good atmosphere?

Best cocktails and nicest crowds at PX, no question.

Check out Jackson 20 at the Hotel Monaco. Chill vibe, good cocktails, tasty bar menu. Kinda crowded on the weekends.

I don't know about Old Town, except PX and Eammon's, the Del Ray area seems to be getting a lot of the "hip" factor these days.

PX is definitely unique. O'Connell's is hip but it gets way too crowded for me. A night with some friends, good conversation, oyster shooters, and the beer of your choice in the back room of Union Street is always a good choice.
