What's the best thing to get there? Also, is there seating at the Upper Crust in the South End?

Reheated upper crust pizza is really chewy :-P

Uh, pizza? Sorry, couldn't resist. I think all their pizza is good, but I am somewhat of a purist and usually go with a plain cheese slice, or maybe pepperoni --not the slice of the day...
Yes, there is seating there. It's a welcome addition to the neighborhood --one that was sorely lacking for good pizza!

I agree: go simple. The one exception to the "go simple" route that I've had luck with is their garden vegetable pizza, which includes mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, broccoli and garlic, and to which I ask them to add jalapenos.

I've gotten delivery a few times and think it's pretty good, though I have to say for delivery I prefer Mangia Pizza, which is similar in style.

I usually get extra tomato sauce. It doesn't really make it soggy since the tomatoes are in pieces, and I find it a bit dry otherwise. I also like to add artichokes with a pesto splash.
