It's not new, but it is my absolute favorite BYO in the city....Radicchio in Old City. It's on 4th & Wood, a bit off the beaten path, but that is a huge part of its charm. You feel as though you are dining in Italy. A few highlights: The grilled calamari salad is not on the menu, but always a special (for appetizers); the Penne a la vodka with prosciutto is to die for; the tiramisu is homemade and simply fantastic.
