How do I get e-mail notification?

How can I get e-mail notification to let me know if someone answered a question that I posted?

Well you probably won't see this, but you can see threads you'e been active on ithat have new responses f you go to your My Chow page.

totally agree, just spent 10 minutes trying to get a notification set on a post i just put up

As Chris VR said, just go to My Chow and you'll have that info. That's what I have bookmarked so it's where I begin. What's the big deal?
