He came to my house for dinner weekly, if not more and we have shared many great meals and great drinks together. I have never had such a wonderful dining companion and will miss having a drink and planning our next meal together. Our last meal together was Sat, where I test drove thanksgiving recipes for him and we pondered what color the plumage of the turkey might have been over wine. He has taught me many things about wines, cheese, and how to get the perfect amount of salt evenly distributed on a marcona almond. He insisted I never learn to shuck an oyster for fear I would slice my hand open, and was always looking out for me like that. Win, you will be missed by all, but especially by me.
