My DH & I found Snooze a couple of months ago. I have to say it is one of my favorite restaurants right now. The only downfall, it's 2 hours away from me. They have the best breakfast I have ever had. I dream about it. We took our kids there last weekend and they both agreed. I had the porks benediction with green chile instead of hollandaise. Dh had a breakfast burrrito. Oldest daughter had the pineapple upside down pancakes (OMG! the best pancakes of my life. I could would bath in the creme' anglaise), but said next time she would order what I had. Youngest daughter had a plain pancake, but liked everyone elses food better. We had to wait at least 50 minutes to get in, but it was well worth the wait.

Pork benediction, heh. Praise Snoozus.

But if you had it with green chile instead of the smoked cheddar hollandaise, you'd better try that next: it's delish. (Pic of it here:

Love the cherry pancakes too. I'm not 100% keen on the vibe in the later AM, but early in the AM I can take it.

I agree, Snooze knows how to do breakfast. I love the breakfast burrito and the special pancakes are always good. The wait is pretty ridiculous on the weekends, but we brave it occasionally for a fix.

definitely a great place. I love that they leave the coffee right there by the front door, makes waiting a little bit easier.

That's a good question. No one ever talks about their lunch fare! It's a much smaller, all-sandwich menu (basically supplementary to the b-fast menu, I think); I think I have heard praise of their tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwich.

BTW, I just noticed they really have changed the name to "Pork Benediction"—thought that was jcattles' own pun! It used to just be called "Pulled Piglet Benedict" or something.
