Help- need Rec near Mission & Silver (Jewish Home)

I don't even know what the neighborhood is called but does anyone know of good eats out there (Mission & Silver Ave)? It's for some 60-70 y/o foodies who will be visiting a friend at night at the Jewish Home for the Aged. They are upscale foodies. Good/easy parking is a consideration.

They are fairly familiar with Bernal. I

I'm going to suggest La Ciccia- which I've wanted to go to read reviews on Chow.

Blue Plate, which I think they already know

Anything you can do to help is appreciated.

I was training my kids to like Joe's Cable Car, so they would have an excuse to visit me while in the neighborhood. Present reports are very varied but it sure gets a lot of posts on this foodie board.

La Ciccia's great, and not too far. Parking is not so great though.

Sushi Raw might not be what they are looking for, but it is close to their destination. They have some nice specials, such as live scallops. It's definitely a local place, but owners are quite nice and friendly.
