Pre Monday Night football drinks and nosh (Downtown DC)

I'm meeting some friends around the Chinatown Metro stop (or possibly Metro Center)before the Monday night Steelers game and I am hoping to find a chowish place with cheap drinks or eats. Any suggestions? We probably be dining between 4-6:30 tomorrow.
