Recently returned from Italy so had to do a Providence food run. I stopped at Trader Joes on the way home, thinking it would still be mobbed, and it was not at all, The lines were about two people deep. Maybe it was the time (6:00) or luck! So happy to have a TJ closer.

Yes, I went last week and it was mobbed, but I figure that weekday evenings should not be bad. Very happy to have them close.

It is on my itinerary for today. If only they sold wine too.... we could avoid the trips to Framingham. And since Whole Foods is just up the road, well..........

Wow, what a madhouse that was! I had a free clementine but could not see waiting in the 30 deep checkout lines. I guess I am happy that they were so well received but could not face the crowd. We were just happy to get the heck out of there.

I'm sure glad they're here, but opening of any place is gonna be crazy. FYI, Providence's winter farmer's market is moving from as220 to the new"ish" ALCO building (valley st by the coca cola factory)..my mouth i literally watering right now over the prospect of trader joe's fishsticks..shame on me!

I walked in and right back out, frickin zoo! I hate when anything new opens in Warwick, it is always a spectacle. I will wait a few weeks before making another attempt.
