Make Your Own Frozen Dinners?

Someone recently mentioned to me a place (chain) where you can go and make your own frozen meals. They provide the ingredients and you simply put them together in containers (i believe also provided). Anyone know what I'm referring to? I can't remember the name of the place.

I have seen an operation like that in Liberty Village but I don't know if it is related to Supperworks or another shop.

The one in Liberty lasted about 3 months and closed. Not many condo dwellers have room for a months worth of frozen meals in their freezer..

There is also a place called Dinner Solved, in the west end I believe.

It's on Bloor just west of Jane, north side. But why go to a company? Why not head to a farmer's market, pick up some nice veggies (and meat, if that's what you eat), and search for yummy soup and stew recipes? You may even be able to find recipes specifically for the freezer on line. A few tupperware containers or large jars, and voila!
Note--freezing cooked potato doesn't work!
