Best Seattle Steakhouse?

Looking for a good old-fashioned steakhouse for a thick juicy new york steak and perfect manhattan to have for thanksgiving dinner.

Where's the best place to get a steak around here? Prefer Seattle, but eastside OK too.

Not only will you need to verify that whatever restaurant you choose is open for Thanksgiving, you should call them and find out what kind of menu they will have available.

Don't know if they are open on Thanksgiving, but IMO Jak's is the best steak place in the Seattle area. Best AND actually affordable!
I've only gone to the one in West Seattle but there are a couple other locations.

So it has to be a place that's open on Thanksgiving? If so that narrows the field considerably. Ruth's Chris might be open since it's in the Grand Hyatt.

But normally my first choice for a good steak would be either the Metropolitan or El Gaucho. Not sure if either will be open for Thanksgiving though.
