Looking to celebrate a birthday with desserts and drinks (mixed, not just beer and wine) in or very close to town. I'm drawing a complete blank. Any ideas?

Dessert at La Fiorentina is popular, though not my fav (too sugary, and I prefer denser cakes). Mixed drinks made right at Tunnel Bar. Note, it gets crowded on weekends.
