Monmouth County Office Holiday Party Recommendations Needed!

My office is looking for a restaurant to have our Holiday Party at this year. Here are the parameters:

-Private Room or Semi/private room must hold up to 30 people
-Location must be somewhere between Long Branch and Point Pleasant Beach
- Price must be reasonable - no more than $25 a head
- Preferably a BYOB

We are open to all types of food.

    1. The room upstairs at Charley's in LB is lovely. Don't know about the price and it's not BYOB. Will definitely hold 30.

The ONLY way you're going to keep it at that price point is to go "Mexican". if my memory serves me correctly, there's a popular Mexican place in Asbury. If you can find a small-sized restaurant, you might be able to take over the place on a slow night (like on a Monday). Also, with Mexican you can stick to lower cost items with cheese/beans and avoid the cost of meat items. Chicken is low-cost but Beef is not. Is this for an evening party? The only other thing I could suggest is a Chinese place, there's one in Deal that's good. You could pre-plan the menu and have it served "family-style" at the table. But with Mexican, if you order correctly (at a low price point), you'll be able to at least serve beer/wine. Hope that helps!

Is this a daytime party? Part of me wants to tell you to have a kitschy party at Nagle's with a DJ/dancing and taking over the whole place one night.
